One of the few holiday properties in this central and prestigious area, it is split over two floors: the first floor sleeps up to 6 people, and the studio above sleeps 2. Booked together, the property accommodates 8 guests—ideal for celebrating Madeira’s famous New Year’s Eve fireworks. Each flat has a balcony with sea views, free WiFi, satellite TV, a comfortable sofa, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, utensils). Bathrooms include a shower, hairdryer, toiletries, bed linen, and towels. The 24-hour reception, run by An Island Apart, is available for assistance. The shared courtyard features a table and chairs, a volcanic stone BBQ, washing machine, dryer, and access to a secure basement garage (one parking space per apartment). OTHER OBSERVATIONS - All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card). - Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours). - Bed linen and towels provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. - First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket on site. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).
