If renting a car, navigation apps can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes’ walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY Guests have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION The team is always available to help or answer questions and provides an app with important information about the property and your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - All guests must present a valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law. - Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours before arrival). - Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. - The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket. ATTENTION A Municipal Tourist Tax of €2 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14 per person), will be charged. A payment link will be sent before arrival. HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights). Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee. Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.
