Walk to the sea and the promenade. GETTING AROUND With a bus stop practically at the doorstep, transport will be no problem for our guests. For departures and airport arrivals, the closest Aerobus stop is about 5 minutes away. Feel free to ask us about arranging a cab transfer with our local partners—cheaper than taxis found at the airport! GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to all areas of the property. GUEST INTERACTION We are always available for any concern you may have. Feel free to contact us through our local numbers or email. We will try our best to accommodate your needs! All information is on the info board at the entrance of the property. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All necessary linens and towels are provided. A cot, high chair, and baby's tub can be arranged if necessary. We have a first aid kit, fire extinguishers, and an anti-fire blanket on all properties. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. Upon arrival, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax. HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Parties or events are not permitted. • We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights). Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee. Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee. By making a booking, the guest accepts the house rules and terms of stay.
