Set in a plot with two twin houses, this property offers comfort and well-being for you and your companions. With three bedrooms—two with a double bed and one with two single beds—the house has a maximum capacity of 8 people, thanks to the double sofa bed available in the living room. The living room is spacious and thoughtfully decorated for both functionality and comfort. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals. Outside, the highlight is a fantastic swimming pool set in a large lawn area, perfect for fun and relaxation. The space is ideal for long lunches and barbecues with family or friends, featuring an excellent indoor area designed for grill enthusiasts. If you rent a car, you can park inside the property. THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW Located in the west of Madeira Island, in the parish of Ponta do Pargo, municipality of Calheta, this property is in a secluded area with no commerce nearby. Porto Moniz's famous swimming pools are a 40-minute drive away. The Ponta do Pargo lighthouse is just 8 minutes by car. In the Prazeres area, you’ll find a market and restaurants. In Calheta, you can visit the museum at 'Casa das Mudas' or enjoy the sandy beach in the village center, where there’s a supermarket and several restaurants. GETTING AROUND The best way to reach the property is by transfer, which we can arrange with local partners—cheaper than airport taxis. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address. GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to all areas of the house. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS We are always available to help or answer your questions via mobile or email and will do our best to meet your requests. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests must present valid ID (e.g., passport, identity card). - Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If not scheduled within 48 hours prior to arrival, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, baby high chair, and baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher, and fire blanket are available in all properties. ATTENTION A Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Calheta: €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person/stay). Upon arrival, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax. HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Parties or events are not permitted. • We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights). Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee. Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
