OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests must present a valid ID (passport or identity card). - Check-in time must be scheduled in advance. If not scheduled within 48 hours before arrival, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. - All bed linen and towels are provided. A baby cot, high chair, and baby bath are available upon request. The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and a fire blanket. ATTENTION A Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests aged 13 or over will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person/stay). Upon arrival, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax. HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Parties or events are not permitted. • We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).
