The flat includes a living area, television with cable channels, and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area. There are two bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom with shower. A balcony connects the living room and one of the bedrooms. The building has a shared entrance and is located on Rua da Alegria, near the Plaza Madeira Shopping Centre. Wi-Fi is available throughout. Please note: the building has stairs and no private parking. AREA Located in Funchal city center, the building is within walking distance of downtown and main points of interest: restaurants, shopping centres, bars, museums, the Cathedral of Funchal, Funchal Municipal Garden, Funchal Marina, and Municipal Theatre. The city center offers information on all kinds of activities: cultural, adventure, and nature-related. GETTING AROUND The best option to reach the property is by transfer—ask us to book with our local partners for a better rate than airport taxis. If you rent a car, any navigation app will find the address easily. There are bus stops nearby. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).
